Shipping & Returns


Within 14 days of delivery you may return ordered items for a full refund if the return is the result of our error. In that case we obviously pay the return shipping costs. Please note that the item(s) should be returned to us using the packaging material used to send the product to you. Items returned as a result of a customer order error will be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 working days after we have received the returned package. However in most cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This refund includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes to process the refund request. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand. Please note that art supplies that are sourced directly from overseas manufacturers take approximately 3-4 weeks to order, prepare for international shipment, get processed by Australian customs and arrive in our office. In case of a combined order with products that are available in Australia and those that are sourced overseas we will contact you with the option to ship separately or ship all products together once the order is complete.

Also note that shipping rates for art supplies that we sell are either weight or volume based. The weight of any such item is not always found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
